Budgie's fourth album, In for the Kill!, confirmed them as a great classic metal band. Along with their 1st three albums, this LP is a continuation of their droning metal style. Another excellent album.

One of the stronger debut albums in rock history, "Pronounced 'lĕh-'nérd 'skin-'nérd," along with its follow up, quickly put Skynyrd near the top of the hard-rock heap by 1974. An instant classic. Freebird, features my personal favorite solo of all time.

Some of the most influential guitar playing of all time is here, played by a legend called Eddie Van Halen. From crazy solos to the unusual guitar playing technique, (fretboard) tapping. Kingdom Come is one of the albums who gave birth to what is now called heavy metal. The heavyness of this record is amazing. Just pure rock with some heavy guitar sound and also a rough voice. Sir Lord Baltimore had to be on the same rank as Blue Cheer or Black Sabbath. This trio created a rock which at this time couldn't find an decent audience.

This is a great live collection. It compiles music from three old Doors live albums, "Absolutely Live", "Alive She Cried" and "Weird Scenes Inside The Gold Mine". The music is great from start to finish. They do a lot of blues stuff here and flesh out their own songs with instrumental and lyrical improvisation. Jim Morrison's mesmerizing voice and lyrics and the band's unique sound will take you to another place.

One of the greatest rock albums ever made 'Machine Head' combines rock, blues with progressive complexity and the result is nothing less than amazing! Jimi Hendrix is one of the few 1960's rock gods who is worshipped as much by the children of those who grew up with his music as by their parents. For those of you who know a metal band named Opeth there goes a quote from their frontman that defines this band: "There was this German band called Blackwater Park that released only one album back in 1971. It's super-duper hard to find. I found it myself, paid a fortune for it and it's a good album. It's not like we named our record after them as a homage, we just thought it was a good title. The band itself sounds a lot like Uriah Heep or Deep Purple." Killer heavy psyche from Germany. In the likes of Cream and Deep Purple with dashes of more progressive weirdness.

01. Mental block 02. Roundabout 03. One´s life 04. Indian summer 05. Dirty face 06. Rock song 07. For no one
This is one of my favorite guitar players. This is Johnny Winter's second album. Less blues oriented than his first release and more for those fans that want "Rock" music. This is Johnny Winter on top of his game.

Foghat's live record, simply called 'Foghat Live' is simply incredible. There are only six songs here, but all six of the songs are far superior to the studio versions. Highly recommended live release from one of the midwest's heaviest power trio. Killer live versions of songs from their only studio release, featuring the blistering guitar of Billy Ray Janey. The melodic vocals are delivered with power and depth. A raw, loud trip back in time to 1976!

Rainbow's classic Rising album is looked upon as a hallowed landmark in the world of heavy metal, and it certainly deserves the respect it is given. First Rainbow album to feature the late, great Cozy Powell on drums, and his powerful drumming is almost as dominating as Ronnie Dio's lungs and Richie Blackmore's fretwork. Standout track is the mighty "Stargazer" but all the songs are perfect.
Rock n roll presents:
1. Tarot Woman 2. Run With The Wolf 3. Starstruck 4. Do You Close Your Eyes 5. Stargazer 6. A Light In The Black
